All laser tag players must be at least 6 years old and 1.1m tall.
Only players booked in advance are guaranteed entry into the arena. Where capacity allows extra players may be added on arrival.
Games will be played with other players unless booked exclusively.
Deposits are non refundable due to limited space. However they are transferrable. All transfers require 24 hours notice.
Final numbers and full payment for parties and group bookings must be made 3 days prior to the booking.
Games paid for in full are non refundable however are transferrable if at least 24 hours notice is given.
Games start promptly at busy times. Late arrivals will not be eligible for any discount or refund.
All players must abide by the arena rules. No running, no climbing on walls structures, no sitting or laying on the floor, no physical contact or abusive language. All players will receive a safety briefing before the game. Failure to comply may result in removal from the arena. Players found to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption will be refused entry. No discounts or refunds will be given.
We do expect parents and guardians to maintain responsibility for the general behaviour and conduct of their group.
Planet Laser staff members are present to ensure the correct use of the equipment, access first aid facilities and to implement the centre rules.
Play at your own risk. Management accepts no liability for loss or injury suffered by visitors or belongings whilst on the premises.
As with any physical activity, if you have a medical condition please consult your doctor before playing laser tag.
Only food and drink purchased at Planet Laser can be consumed on the premises. Cakes can only be brought in if you have booked a birthday party or if prearranged.
Cancellations & Amendments policy
1. Standard Bookings
- Cancellations & Refunds: Planet Laser offers a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of booking. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within this 24-hour window, provided the booking was made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session.
- Cancellations After 24 Hours: For cancellations made after the cooling-off period but at least 14 days before the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued.
- Late Cancellations (Within 14 Days): Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. In these instances, Planet Laser will endeavour to offer a reschedule wherever possible. If a rescheduled date is agreed upon, the original booking date remains the reference point for all future cancellation terms. If a reschedule cannot be agreed, the customer will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
2. Parties and Events
- Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the preparation and staffing required, party and event bookings require a minimum of 21 days’ notice for a full refund or cancellation.
- Late Cancellations (Within 21 Days): Any party or event cancelled within 21 days of the scheduled date is strictly non-refundable. Planet Laser will try to accommodate a reschedule where availability permits, but if a new date cannot be agreed, the booking will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
3. Same-Day Policy & Attendance
- No Refunds on the Day: No refunds or credits will be issued on the day of the booking for any reason. This includes late arrivals, non-attendance, or any last-minute amendments made to the booking on the day.

At Planet Laser, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to the Centre and to that of our website. In particular, we want you to know that Planet Laser is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure, but we’ve tried to keep it easy to understand!
Marketing and Media
For marketing purposes, we may capture footage and pictures of your session which may then be used in online and print media. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.

Our websites use cookies to collect information. This includes information about browsing and usage behaviour by people who access our websites; information about pages viewed, activities undertaken and the customer journey around our websites. The only cookies used are those for Google Analytics. We do not gather any personal data through our use of cookies. By using our website you are giving your implicit consent to our use of cookies.
Customer Free WIFI
When you visit Planet Laser & use our free customer Wi-Fi we may collect data about your device, the amount of data which you use, the websites and applications which you access and your usage by access time and frequency.
Customer Mailing Lists
As part of the registration/booking processes for our services, we collect personal information. This is for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you regarding your booking. You may opt in to receive marketing material from us
We use a third-party provider, to deliver communications via email and sms. We gather statistics around email/sms opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails/sms or by emailing our data protection officer at info@planetlaser.co.uk
Whatsapp & Messaging Platforms
We use Whatsapp and other messaging platforms to provide information to existing customers about the services they use via Broadcast Lists. Customers must opt-in to this service and may opt-out at any point. Whatsapp is an encrypted service and all messages are deemed secure.
CCTV
Planet Laser has CCTV cameras to protect its employees and customers, their belongings and to monitor footfall levels. Images are stored securely for a maximum of 7 days, at which point they are wiped and recorded over. Anyone wishing to access images must do so via an appropriate authority, such as the Police, at which point we will download and provide relevant footage for third party use. Images will not be distributed to unauthorised persons.
