Can I share my membership with a friend?
Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. However, you can bring a friend for free on the last Friday of every month! They can join you for free for your 2 daily games.
What is included in my laser tag membership?
Your membership includes two free laser tag games, 10% off food and drink from the cafe hour and exclusive access to membership-only perks and discounts!
Where can I purchase a planet laser membership
You can purchase your Planet Laser membership online or with a member of staff at the facility.
Are there any age restrictions to part in a laser tag session?
We recommend laser tag for children over 6 years old and 1.1 metres tall for a comfortable fit in the battlesuit. Confident younger children can join with parental supervision. Feel free to visit and view the arena before booking to ensure it suits your child.
Do the two free games per day roll over if I don't use them
The two free games are valid for the day of redemption only and do not accumulate or roll over to the next day.
Can I look around the arena before joining?
Yes, if you have never played at Planet Laser before, we will be happy to give you a free guided tour. If you want to fully test out the facility before joining the book onto a game
What is the cancellation policy?
The annual pass is a one time payment and doesn’t auto-renew. Cancellation for our monthly pass is 28 days notice but it must serve a minimum 12 month term.
